沈阳市低碳城市建设系统仿真及实现路径研究

"碳达峰、碳中和"是我国的重要战略,建设低碳城市是落实"双碳"目标的重要途径。以沈阳市为例展开研究,采用系统动力学的方法,通过Vensim软件,分析影响沈阳市碳排放因素之间的相互作用机制,并预测2024-2040年沈阳市的碳排放趋势。结果表明:沈阳市将会在2035年实现碳达峰,总碳排放量达到86000万t;低碳技术和碳汇能力是影响碳排放的主要因素。实现沈阳低碳城市路径应从这两方面着手,增强碳汇,升级技术,加快低碳发展进程。
Research on Simulation and Implementation Path of Low Carbon City Construction System
Carbon peak and carbon neutrality are important strategies in China,and building low-carbon cities is an important way to implement the"dual carbon"strategy.Taking Shenyang City as an example,this study adopts the method of system dynamics and analyzes the interaction mechanism between factors affecting carbon emis-sions in Shenyang City through Vensim software,and predicts the carbon emission trend in Shenyang City from 2024 to 2040.The results indicate that Shenyang City will achieve carbon peak by 2035.The total carbon emis-sions reached 860 million tons;Low carbon technology and carbon sequestration capacity are the main factors af-fecting carbon emissions.To achieve the low-carbon urban path in Shenyang City,it is necessary to start from these two aspects,enhancing carbon sequestration and upgrading technology to accelerate the process of low-carbon development.
