摘要

TET基因家族在哺乳动物生命活动中具有重要的功能,参与动物的发育、DNA修复、基因表达调控等过程.关于TET基因家族的研究多集中于哺乳动物,而在爬行动物中知之甚少.本研究选择18种爬行动物作为研究对象,采用生物信息学手段开展研究.本研究筛选获得54个TET基因家族数据,TET基因家族的系统发育分析发现,三类TET1-3基因分支结构模型分别为蛇形目、龟鳖目、鳄目、蜥蜴目.结果可为研究爬行动物适应机制的研究奠定了基础.

Abstract

TET gene family plays an important role in mammalian life activities,participating in animal develop-ment,DNA repair,gene expression regulation and so on.Most of the studies on the TET gene family are focused on mammals,but little is known in reptiles.In this study,18 species of reptiles were selected as the research ob-ject,and bioinformatics was used to carry out the study.In this study,54 TET gene family data were obtained.Phylogenetic analysis of TET gene family showed that three kinds of TET 1-3 gene branching structure models were Serpentes,Testudoformes,Crocodilia and Lacertiformes respectively.This study lays a foundation for the study of reptile adaptation mechanism.
