Study on the Effect of Repairing the Comprehensive Utilization Area of Soil and Rock by Carbon Fixing Bacteria Fermentation Solution
Based on the technical requirements of high efficiency ecological restoration of the earthwork area, the effect of carbon fixation bacteria fermentation broth on soil restoration was discussed. In this study, the earthwork area of a water conservancy project in Qinzhou City,Guangxi Province was selected as the research object, and three different treatments including lime,lime-carbon fixation bacteria fermentation solution, and lime-fermented cow manure organic fertilizer were carried out.Four plants such as Cynodondactylon,Miscanthus,Crotalaria and Galsang flower were selected to carry out a greenhouse pot experiment for 50 days. Its ecological restoration effect on soil in this area is tested. The results showed that the organic matter content decreased from 6.3g/kg in the original soil to 4.94g/kg in the base soil under the condition of no seeding and only lime application.Under the conditions of lime and fermented cow manure, the organic matter content of the base soil increased to 8.65g/kg,which was 37.30%higher than that of the primitive soil.Under the conditions of lime and carbon fixation bacteria fermentation solution, the organic matter value of the foundation soil increased significantly, reaching 12.23g/kg,which was 94.13%higher than that of the primitive soil.Sowing plants accelerated the consumption of soil organ-ic matter to a certain extent, but the application of lime and carbon fixation bacteria fermentation liquid could mostly reduce the consumption. At the same time, the changes of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassiumin soil showed a similar pattern to that of organic matter.According to the calculation of the membership function method, the application of lime and carbon fixation bacteria fermentation solution+Galsang flower is the most suitable measure for ecological restoration of the earthwork area in this study.
