东昌湖水生生物监测与评价研究

为了探索建立水生态监测、评估考核体系,改善水生态环境质量,进而提高湖库生物多样性,以聊城市东昌湖为研究对象,通过开展水生生物监测,采用Shannon-Winner指数、BI生物指数和BMWP指数方法开展评价,并进行了物种归类分析。研究结果表明:2023年,东昌湖共监测到浮游植物40种,物种丰富,个体分布均匀,群落结构较为稳定,其中蓝藻纲占比57。0%;浮游动物18种,物种丰富度较高,个体分布比较均匀,其中轮虫占比97。6%;大型水生植物8种,物种丰富度较高,个体分布比较均匀,其中单子叶植物纲占比51。4%;底栖生物5种,物种丰富度较低,个体分布比较均匀,群落结构稳定性一般,其中昆虫纲占比72。1%,底栖动物BI生物指数为6。18,BMWP指数为38,耐污指数处于良好级别,说明东昌湖水质较好。本次研究为东昌湖水生态监测与评价提供了水生生物底数,为水生态综合评价奠定了基础。
Study on Monitoring and Evaluation of Aquatic Organisms in Dongchang Lake
In order to explore the establishment of water ecological monitoring,evaluation and assessment system,improve the quality of water ecological environment,and then improve the biodiversity of lakes and reservoirs,this paper took Liaocheng Dongchang Lake as the research object,and evaluated it by Shannon-Wiener diversity index,BI biological index and BMWP index through aquatic biological organism monitoring.The species classifi-cation analysis was carried out.The results showed that in 2023,a total of 40 species of phytoplankton were moni-tored in Dongchang Lake.The species were rich.The individual distribution was uniform,and the community structure was relatively stable.Among them,cyanobacteria accounted for 57.0%;There were 18 species of zoo-plankton,with high species richness and uniform individual distribution.Rotifers accounted for 97.6%;There were 8 species of macrophytes,with high species richness and uniform individual distribution,of which monocot-yledonous plants accounted for 51.4%;There were 5 species of benthic organisms,with low species richness,rel-atively uniform individual distribution,and general community structure stability.Among them,Insect accounted for 72.1%.The BI biological index of benthic animals was 6.18,and the BMWP index was 38.The pollution tol-erance index was at a good level,indicated that the water quality of Dongchang Lake was good.This study pro-vided aquatic biological base data for the monitoring and evaluation of water ecology in Dongchang Lake,and laid a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of water ecology.
