Research on the Treatment Effect of a High-Salt-Tolerant Strain on Pickling Wastewater
The purpose of this study is to explore the application and effect of a certain halotolerant strain in the treatment of food pickling wastewater.According to the characteristics and hazards of the wastewater,the cultiva-tion of the halotolerant strain,the research on the degradation performance of the strain,the optimization of the wastewater treatment process,and the evaluation of the treatment effect,a specific strain with high salt tolerance was cultivated to study its ability to degrade pollutants.Through the research results,it is confirmed that the halotolerant strain can achieve the optimal treatment effect on high-salt wastewater such as pickling wastewater at a concentration of 0.8%of the bacterial liquid and with 5 days of aeration culture.This study provides a scientific basis and reference for optimizing the pickling wastewater treatment process and improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
