Influence Analysis of Interfering Substances in the Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Soil by Gas Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometry
This paper discusses the influence of sulfide, volatile organic compounds,formaldehyde,acetochlor,ac-rylamide and urea on the determination of ammonia nitrogen in soil, and proposes the removal method of interfer-ing substances.Experimental results show that sulfide, volatile organic compounds,formaldehyde,acetochlor,ac-rylamide and urea all have negative interference on the determination of ammonia nitrogen. If the error of the de-termination value is more than+10%,the interference of sulfide and volatile organic compounds is obvious, while the interference of formaldehyde, acetochlor, acrylamide and urea is small.Adding 1ml(1+1)hydrochloric acid and 0.2ml anhydrous ethanol into the soil extract solution, heating and boiling for 2~3 min,can eliminate the interference of sulfides and volatile organic compounds.
