垃圾渗滤液两级生化+纳滤处理工艺研究

由于垃圾填埋场渗滤液水质复杂,污染物浓度高,并且易受多种环境影响,发生水质变化等,导致渗滤液处理难度大,需要多种方法联合处理从而达到达标排放,故研究垃圾渗滤液的处理工艺具有重大意义。以西安某生活垃圾填埋场建设工程为例,设计了一套"预处理+均质池+外置式MBR+纳滤+反渗透"组合处理工艺。外置式膜生化反应器包括一级反硝化、硝化,二级反硝化、硝化和外置式超滤单元,而纳滤工艺由纳滤浓缩液减量化处理系统,中浓液处理系统和反渗透浓缩液处理系统组成。经实践验证,该组合工艺可以高效、稳定地运行,处理后出水COD、BOD、NH3-N和SS达到国家相关标准要求,可为制定可行性垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理工艺提供参考。
A Case Study Based on MBR+Nanofiltration Process of Landfill Leachate
As the leachate of landfill site has complex water quality,high pollutant concentration,and is suscepti-ble to various environmental influences and water quality changes,it is difficult to treat the leachate,and a variety of combined treatment methods are needed to achieve the standard discharge.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the treatment process of landfill leachate.Taking a domestic waste landfill project in Xi'an as an example,this study introduced each link of the treatment process of"pretreatment+homogenization tank+external MBR+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis"in the project.The external membrane biochemical reactor includes primary denitrification and nitrification,secondary denitrification and nitrification and external ultrafiltration unit,while the nanofiltration process consists of a nanofiltration concentrate reduction treatment system,an intermediate con-centrate treatment system and a reverse osmosis concentrate treatment system.It is proven that the combined process can operate efficiently and stably,and the treated effluent COD,BOD,NH3-N and SS meet the require-ments of relevant national standards,which is a guide for the development of feasible landfill leachate treatment process.
