东北地区填埋场渗滤液全量处理工艺设计及应用

为解决东北地区老龄垃圾填埋场渗滤液C/N失衡、浓缩液难处理难题,采用"预处理+MBR(两级A/O+管式超滤)+两级NF",浓缩液采用"特种分离膜+Fenton+混凝沉淀"组合工艺对东北某垃圾填埋场渗滤液进行全量处理。结果表明:采用该组合处理工艺处理渗滤液,系统产水率100%,COD、NH3-N、TN、SS去除率分别达到98。3%、99。2%、98。6%、99。8%。出水指标稳定达到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)中表2标准,纳滤浓缩液经处理后回生化系统再处理,浓缩液实现全量处理无外排。系统稳定运行,环境效益好,给同类废水处理设计提供了参考。
Process Design and Application of Complete Treatment Project for Landfill Leachate in Northeast China
To solve the problem of C/N imbalance in leachate from elderly landfill sites and the difficulty in trea-ting concentrated solutions from Northeast China,the combined process of"pretreatment+MBR(two-stage A/O+tubular ultrafiltration)+two-stage NF",and"special separation membrane+Fenton+coagulation pre-cipitation"of the concentrated solution are used to the complete treatment of leachate from a landfill site in North-east China.The results showed that using this combination treatment process to treat leachate,the water produc-tion rate has reached 100%,and the removal rates of CODCr,NH3-N,TN,and SS reached 98.3%,99.2%,98.6%,and 99.8%,respectively.The effluent index is stable and meets the standards in table 2 of the Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB16889-2008).After treatment,the concentrated nanofiltration so-lution is reintroduced into the biochemical system for further processing,ensuring the complete treatment of the concentrate without any external discharge.The system operates stably and has good environmental benefits,pro-viding a reference for similar wastewater treatment designs.
