为规范蓄热式催化燃烧设备(RCO)设计,以某企业有机废气为实例,展开三床RCO研究设计。介绍了三床式蓄热式催化氧化技术处理挥发性有机污染物的工艺及设备设计过程,设计出一套完整的处理系统。废气经处理后,非甲烷总烃浓度由672 mg/m3降至21。6 mg/m3,满足国家排放标准要求,处理效率96。6%,热回收效率90。1%,年运行费用约9。26万元,单套设备年有害物质排放削减量12。36 t。通过系统联锁智能控制系统,实现系统长期稳定运行,具有良好的环境效益,可供从业人员参考。
Research and Design of Regenerative Catalytic Combustion Equipment
In order to standardize the design of regenerative catalytic combustion equipment(RCO),a three-tower RCO design was carried out with the organic waste gas of an enterprise as an example.This paper introduce the process and equipment design process of three-tower regenerative catalytic oxidation technology for treating vola-tile organic pollutants,and design a complete processing system.After the waste gas was treated,the concentration of non-methane hydrocarbon decreased from 672 mg/m3 to 21.6 mg/m3,meeting the requirements of the national emission standards.The treatment efficiency is 96.6%.The heat recovery efficiency is 90.1%.The annual operat-ing cost is about 92600 yuan,and the annual emission reduction of harmful substances for a single set of equip-ment is 12.36 t.Through the system interlocking intelligent control system,the long-term stable operation of the system is achieved,which can be used for reference by practitioners with good environmental benefits.
