旨在利用评定电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定金矿石中元素金含量的不确定度。采用《泡沫塑料富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法》(DZ/T 0279。4-2016)测定金矿石中Au的含量。通过对整个实验流程的分析评定,获得不确定度的主要来源,计算合成标准确定度,得到测定结果的扩展不确定度,对测定结果进行不确定度评定。结果表明:ICP-MS测定金矿石金含量的扩展不确定度为0。253 μg/g。通过实验分析计算,结果表明金矿石中元素金的不确定度主要来源于曲线拟合、标准溶液配制、重复测定及试样消解过程等方面。
Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Au in Gold Ores by ICP-MS
This paper aims to evaluate the uncertainty of inductively coupled plasma Au element in gold ores by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The content of Au in gold ores was determined by foam plastic enrichment and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(DZ/T0279.4-2016).Through the analysis and evaluation of the whole experimental process,the main sources of uncertainty were obtained.The uncertainty of the synthetic standard was calculated.The expanded uncertainty of the measured results was obtained,and the uncertainty of the measured results was evaluated.The results show that the expanded uncertainty of determina-tion of Au in gold ores by ICP-MS was 0.253 μg/g.It is concluded that the uncertainty of Au element in gold ores mainly comes from curve fitting,standard solution preparation,repeated determination and sample digestion.
