研究旨在探究KOH改性稻壳炭对磺胺甲恶唑的吸附性能.KOH改性稻壳炭最佳制备条件为:KOH与稻壳炭比例为1∶2时磺胺甲恶唑吸附性能最好;最佳吸附条件:温度为5 ℃,投加量为0.010 g,初始浓度为80 mg/L吸附时间为2 h.通过准一级动力学和准二级动力学公式,得出KOH改性稻壳炭吸附磺胺甲恶唑的过程是化学吸附.通过9组正交试验,得到KOH改性稻壳炭对磺胺甲恶唑影响因素按显著程度依次为:初始浓度、温度、投加量、时间;响应面分析出显著影响依次是初始浓度、时间、投加量.
Study on Adsorption Properties of KOH Modified Rice Husk Carbon for Sulfamethoxazole
The purpose of this study was to explore the adsorption properties of KOH modified rice-husk charcoal on sulfamethoxazole.The optimum preparation conditions of KOH modified rice husk carbon are as follows:The adsorption properties of sulfamethoxazole is the best when the ratio of KOH to rice husk carbon is 1∶2;The opti-mum adsorption conditions were as follows:temperature was 5 ℃;dosage was 0.010 g;initial concentration was 80 mg/L and adsorption time was 2 h.Through the formula of quasi-first and quasi-second order dynamics,it is concluded that the process of KOH modified rice-husk carbon adsorption sulfamethoxazole is chemadsorption.According to the 9 orthogonal tests,the influence factors of KOH modified rice husk carbon on sulfamethoxazole were initial concentration,temperature,dosage and time.The response surface analysis showed that the significant effects were initial concentration,time and dosage.
