楚光冬青扦插育苗技术研究

通过2因素苗圃地试验设计方法,运用4种植物生长激素及4种不同浓度刺激插条来研究楚光冬青扦插生根效果;采用3种不同长度插条、3种不同基部径粗插条及3种不同扦插基质的正交试验设计L9(34)方案研究了楚光冬青扦插生根效果。结果表明:选用680× 10-6的吲哚丁酸(IBA)生根效果最好,生根率达到84。0%;选用长度16 cm且基部径粗4 mm的插条,扦插到砖红壤与珍珠岩等比混合的轻基质中时扦插效果最佳,生根率高达86。7%,单株生根数高达21。6条,单株平均生根长达 9。8 cm。
Research on Cutting Seedling Cultivation Technology of Ilex Chuguangii M.M.Lin
The paper studied the rooting effect of Ilex chuguangii M.M.Lin cuttings using a 2-factor nursery ex-perimental design method,with four plant growth hormones and four different concentrations of high and low lev-els of stimulation for cuttings;at the same time,three different lengths of cuttings,three different basal diameter cuttings,and three different cutting substrates were used to study the rooting effect of Ilex chuguangii M.M.Lin cuttings using orthogonal experimental design L9(34)scheme.The experimental results show that using 680ppm indole-3-butyric acid(IBA)has the best rooting effect,with a rooting rate of 84.0%;when using a 16cm long cut-tings with a base diameter of 6mm and a mixture of red soil and perlite in an equal proportion,the cutting effect is the best,with a rooting rate of 86.7%and a single plant rooting of 21.6.The average root length of a single plant is 9.8cm.
