不同育苗方式下杉木实生容器苗生长对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Growth of Container Seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata Under Seedling Cultivation Conditions

为研究不同育苗方式下杉木实生容器苗生长状况,以2023年采用沙床、穴盘和沙床+穴盘3种育苗方式下培育的杉木实生容器苗为研究对象,开展生长量、生长量区间和生物量方面的测定分析.结果表明:沙床培育的容器苗生长量和生物量表现较优,相较于3种育苗方式下培育的容器苗苗高、地径和总生物量总数均值分别高出10.7%、2.6%和13.0%;3种育苗方式下培育的杉木实生容器苗苗高在20~30 cm和30~40 cm的分布频率差异显著(P<0.05),苗高在10~20 cm分布频率差异不显著(P>0.05),地径在各区间的分布频率差异不显著(P>0.05).
To study the growth status of container seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata under different seedling cultivation methods,in 2023,three seedling cultivation methods,namely sand bed,hole tray,and sand bed+hole tray,to cultivate container seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata were used as the research object.Measurement and analysis of growth rate,growth range,and biomass was conducted.The results indicate that:The growth and biomass of container seedlings cultivated on sand beds showed better performance.The average height,diameter,and total biomass of container seedlings cultivated under three different seedling cultivation methods were 10.7%,2.6%,and 13.0%higher,respectively;There was a significant difference in the distribution frequency of container seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata cultivated under three different seedling cultivation methods between 20~30 cm and 30~40 cm in height(P<0.05).The distribution frequency difference of seedling height between 10~20 cm was not significant(P>0.05),and the distribution frequency difference of ground diameter in each interval was not significant(P>0.05).
