Transformation and Design of Urban and Rural Planning From the Perspective of Ecological Priority
The transformation and design of urban and rural planning are analyzed from the perspective of ecolog-ical priority.Xi'an City in Shaanxi Province was taken as an example to investigate the current situation of urban and rural planning.An index evaluation system with urban and rural planning level as the target level,urban and rural construction,urban and rural transportation,urban and rural space,urban and rural greening and urban and rural production as the criterion level is established.The development of urban and rural planning in Xi'an City from 2018 to 2023 is measured and analyzed with the help of entropy weight TOPSIS model.The level of urban and rural planning development of Xi'an City in 2018 is at a low level.From 2019 to 2021,it is at a medium level,and from 2022 to 2023,it is at a good level.From 2018 to 2023,urban and rural construction and urban and rural production have been in a stable rising stage,and the development level of urban and rural transportation,urban and rural space and urban and rural greening has fluctuated,but the overall trend is rising.In 2019,there were large fluctuations in urban and rural traffic and urban and rural space,and the value decreased significantly.After timely adjustment,it subsequently entered the stage of good development level.In practice,urban and rural con-struction should be carried out continuously;urban and rural transportation should be reasonably planned;urban and rural space should be appropriately expanded;urban and rural greening should be timely optimized;urban and rural production should be orderly promoted,and sustainable urban development should be promoted.
