基于CFD技术的高密度街区风环境优化策略研究——以南京荷花塘历史文化街区为例

在高质量发展的理念下。城市更新行动致力于提升城市品质与人居环境质量。研究聚焦于中观尺度的城市高密度区域,以南京荷花塘历史文化街区为例,综合考虑室外风环境的时间与空间,选取夏季时间维度以及行人层高度空间维度,通过室外风环境的模拟,探讨了高密度地区室外风环境的影响机制。针对狭窄巷道、庭院空间和建筑群间隙三类层级空间,提供如优化街道布局、调整围合度、合理规划开敞空间等切实可行的静风区改善策略,以期为高密度街区建筑环境更新提供参考和借鉴。
Research on Optimization Strategy of Wind Environment in High-Density Blocks Based on CFD Technology—Taking NanjingHehuatang Historic and Cultural Block as an Example
Under the concept of high-quality development,urban renewal initiatives are committed to enhancing urban quality and improving human settlement environments.Focusing on the medium-scale high-density urban areas,this paper takes the Nanjing Hehuatang Historical and Cultural Block as an example,comprehensively con-siders the temporal and spatial dimensions of the outdoor wind environment,selects the summer time dimension and the spatial dimension of pedestrian height,and explores the influence mechanism of the outdoor wind envi-ronment in high-density areas through simulation.Aiming at the three types of hierarchical spaces including nar-row alleys,courtyard spaces,and building group gaps,practical strategies for improving still-air zones,such as optimizing street layouts,adjusting enclosure degrees,and rationally planning open spaces,are provided to serve as a reference for the renewal of the built environment in high-density neighborhoods.
