可持续视角下高校建成环境韧性评价体系的构建与运用——以华北水利水电大学校园为例

近年来高校建成环境普遍表现出韧性不足的问题,校园建成环境的可持续性建设成为研究热点.为加强高校环境韧性建设,基于高校人居环境的健康与舒适性需求变化,在校园韧性相关理论的基础上,运用层次分析法构建高校建成环境韧性评价指标体系;以华北水利水电大学为例,对高校建成环境进行韧性评估,分析评估结果,得出其校园建成环境韧性建设处于较差水平,对其建设短板提出了空间规划、设施配置与治理体系方面的韧性建设优化策略,以期为后续的高校建成环境全局层面的韧性建设提供新的研究思路与理论借鉴.
Construction and Application of the Built Environment Resilience Evaluation System in Universities From the Perspective of Sustainability—A Case Study of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power
In view of the lack of resilience and difficulty in coping with disasters in the built environment of colle-ges and universities in recent years,the sustainable construction of campus-built environment has become a re-search hotspot.In order to strengthen its resilience construction,based on the changes in the health and comfort needs of the living environment of colleges and universities,the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the evaluation index system of the resilience of the built environment of colleges and universities on the basis of the theory of campus resilience.Taking North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower as an exam-ple,the resilience assessment of the built environment of colleges and universities was analyzed,and the resilience construction of the built environment of colleges and universities was at a poor level.The optimization strategies of resilience construction in terms of spatial planning,facility allocation and governance system were proposed,in order to provide new research ideas and theoretical references for the subsequent resilience construction of the built environment of colleges and universities at the global level.
