Literature review method,comparative analysis method,classification and induction method is used;Existing research mainly discusses the concept connotation,evaluation research,cause analysis,and redevelop-ment and utilization of low efficiency industrial land.Firstly,the concept and connotation of inefficient industrial land have not been unified.Secondly,the evaluation indicators lack consideration of ecological environment indi-cators.Thirdly,the roles played by the government,market,and enterprises in the entire process of industrial land management are not clear enough.Fourthly,there is a lack of a practical and feasible mechanism for redevelop-ment and utilization.The results can provide a reference for the innovation research of low efficiency industrial land.
