Research on Circular Economy Efficiency of Listed Manufacturing Companies
Under the dual constraints of resources and environment,the circular economy characterized by reduc-tion,reuse,recycling and resource utilization has become an important means to achieve the"dual carbon"goal.How to realize the development of circular economy in manufacturing industry is the problem it is facing at pres-ent.This paper uses DEA-BCC and DEA-Malmquist models to analyze the data of manufacturing companies and explore the factors affecting the efficiency of circular economy in manufacturing.The results show that:Both pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency positively affect the comprehensive efficiency of listed companies in the manufacturing industry.From 2017 to 2020,the comprehensive efficiency of listed companies in the manufactur-ing industry as a whole shows an upward trend,in which the scale efficiency is steadily increasing,but the pure technical efficiency has a downward trend.Based on this,enterprises should rationally allocate resources and im-prove the efficiency of circular economy;increase investment in scientific research and accelerate the transforma-tion of scientific research results.At the same time,the government should standardize the industry standards and realize the unification of information disclosure.
