南沙湿地公园红树林碳储量调查和碳汇潜力初步探究

红树林具有强大的光合作用能力,具备很高的固碳储碳能力,是海岸带蓝碳的重要组成部分.选取南沙湿地公园一期红树林为调查样地,通过固定样方、群落调查、土壤样品和凋落物样品采集,连续两年对红树林植被、沉积物、凋落物的碳储量开展调查研究,评估生态系统碳储量变化量,初步探索生态系统的碳汇潜力.结果表明:2022年调查样地红树林总碳储量为9453.53 MgC,平均碳储量为176.67 MgC/hm2,植被、沉积物、凋落物碳储量分别占比15.99%、82.02%、1.99%;2023年调查样地红树林总碳储量为10190.38 MgC,平均碳储量为190.44 MgC/hm2,植被、沉积物、凋落物碳储量分别占比20.78%、77.28%、1.94%.与2022年相比,2023年红树林生态系统碳储量增加736.85 MgC,增长约7.79%,表明湿地公园红树林生态系统具备较高的碳汇潜力.
Investigation on Carbon Storage and Preliminary Research on Carbon Sink Potential of Mangrove in Nansha Wetland Park
Mangrove has high carbon sequestration and storage capabilities due to its potent photosynthetic capa-bility,which made it a crucial component of blue carbon in the coastal zone.In this study,mangrove in Nansha Wetland Park was chosen for investigation.By means of fixed sampling,community investigation,soil sample and litter sample collection,the carbon storage of mangrove vegetation,sediment and litter were investigated and stud-ied for two consecutive years.The alteration of carbon storage of the ecosystem was assessed,and the carbon sink potential of the ecosystem was initially explored.The results demonstrated that the total carbon storage of man-grove ecosystem in 2022 was 9453.53 MgC and the average carbon storage was 176.67 MgC/ha with the carbon storage of vegetation,sediment and litter accounting for 15.99%,82.02%and 1.99%respectively.In 2023,the to-tal carbon storage of mangrove ecosystem was 10190.38 MgC and the average carbon storage was 190.44MgC/ha with the carbon storage of vegetation,sediment and litter accounting for 20.78%,77.28%and 1.94%respectively.Compared with 2022,the carbon storage of the mangrove ecosystem in 2023 increased by 736.85 MgC with an in-crease of 7.79%,indicating that the mangrove ecosystem of the wetland park has a considerable carbon sink po-tential.
