This study selected two typical antibiotics, roxithromycin and ofloxacin,as well as two traditional wastewater treatment systems for research. The removal rate of antibiotics was obtained by monitoring the con-centration of antibiotics in each treatment stage of sewage treatment plant through the establishment of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. The data indicate that at a normal temperature of 25℃,the aerated biofil-ter system outperforms the modified sequential batch reactor system in the removal of roxithromycin and ofloxa-cin,with removal rate reaching 89.06%and 87.49%,respectively.Additionally,compared to normal temperature conditions, the removal efficiency of the modified sequential batch reactor system significantly decreases at a low temperature of 10℃,with a decrease of 28.72%,whereas the aerated biofilter system is less sensitive to tempera-ture change, showing little variation in removal rate.
