咸宁斧头湖水环境污染及防治措施分析

为缓解斧头湖水体富营养化问题,改善斧头湖流域整体生态环境,保护咸宁市宝贵的水资源财富,基于Vollenweider模型和Dillion模型对斧头湖水环境现状进行计算分析,得到COD、NH3-N、TP和TN入湖污染物量分别为16840。46、2445。48、536。87、3593。19 t/a,污染贡献从高到低依次为:生活污水、农田面源污染、畜禽养殖污水、湖面沉降污水、工业废水,据此提出针对性的水污染防治措施,主要包括开展入湖小流域综合整治、加快城镇生活污水处理设施建设、加强农村水污染防治、加强畜禽养殖污染治理、建立流域环境全面监管系统等。上述举措的实施有利于改善斧头湖流域水环境质量,增强沿线人民生态环境获得感、幸福感和安全感。
Analysis of Water Environmental Pollution and Prevention Measures of Xianning Futou Lake
In order to alleviate the problem of Futou Lake water eutrophication,improve the overall ecological en-vironment and protect the valuable water resources wealth of Xianning City,the current situation of the water en-vironment of Futou Lake is calculated and analyzed based on the Vollenweider model and Dillion model.The pol-lutants of COD,NH3-N,TP and TN entering the lake were 16840.46,2445.48,536.87 and 3593.19 t/a,respectively.The pollution contribution load into the lake from high to low is domestic sewage,farmland non-point source pol-lution,livestock and poultry breeding sewage,lake surface settling sewage and industrial wastewater.Accordingly,targeted water pollution prevention and control measures are put forward,including carrying out comprehensive management of small lake basins,accelerating the construction of urban domestic sewage treatment facilities,strengthening the prevention and control of rural water pollution,strengthening the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding,and establishing a comprehensive monitoring system of river basin environment.The imple-mentation of the above measures is conducive to improving the quality of the water environment in the Futou Lake,and enhancing the people's sense of fulfillment,happiness and security.
