大气微站报警机制在南方城市的深度应用

大气微站是大气环境管理转向精细化的重要举措之一,如何准确地识别本地污染源并做好微观尺度的闭环管控是发挥监测结果最大效能的关键。以深圳市某行政区为例,搭建了大气微站监测网络,并以平台和移动APP为载体,建立了一套大气微站污染报警推送及闭环处理机制,报警参数以PM10为主,用于快速识别并推送局地大气污染事件,从源头防控污染的产生。研究期间,基于大气微站污染报警推送及闭环处理机制,发现问题并督促整改945项,推动研究区域PM10平均浓度相较"十三五"期间改善幅度高于全市水平,为研究区域大气污染防治精细化管理工作提供了重要的支撑。
Deep Application of Atmospheric Micro-Stations Alarm Mechanism in Southern Cities
Atmospheric micro stations are one of the important measures to transfer atmospheric environmental management towards refinement.Accurately identifying local pollution sources and implementing closed-loop control at the micro scale are key to maximizing the effectiveness of monitoring results.This study took a certain administrative district in Shenzhen as an example,builds an atmospheric micro station monitoring network,and u-ses platforms and mobile apps as carriers to establish a set of atmospheric micro station pollution alarm push and closed-loop processing mechanisms.The alarm parameter is mainly PM10.This mechanism was used to quickly i-dentify and push local atmospheric pollution events,and prevent and control pollution from the source.During the research period,based on the atmospheric micro station pollution alarm push and closed-loop processing mecha-nism,945 problems were identified and urged for rectification,promoting a higher improvement in the average concentration of PM1o in the study area compared to the city level during the 13th Five Year Plan period.This study provided important support for the refined management of atmospheric pollution prevention and control in the study area.
