Evaluation of Rural Living Environment Improvement Effect Based on Multi-Level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
This study aims to comprehensively assess the effects of rural living environment improvement in Lu-quan District using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to quantify the outcomes scientifically and provide a basis for future improvements.An evaluation system was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and expert scoring method,and weights were determined.A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect villagers'rating data on various indicators,and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the collected data and evaluate the effectiveness of the rectification.The overall effectiveness of the rural living environment improvement work in Luquan District is significant,with scores exceeding 80 points for all indicators.Among them,the two system layers of road construction and domestic sewage treatment scored the highest,while the indicator layers of drinking water safety,road hardening,and black and odorous water treat-ment scored higher.The rural living environment improvement in Luquan District has achieved remarkable results,especially in road construction and domestic sewage treatment,while village infrastructure construction still has room for improvement.The following suggestions are put forward.In the future,the maintenance and upgrading of existing sewage treatment facilities should be further strengthened;rural road lighting systems should be im-proved and road landscape design should be optimized;housing safety and layout should be improved.Unified standards should be established and local characteristics should be integrated;the garbage collection and treatment system should be improved and public service facilities should be enhanced to comprehensively improve the qual-ity of rural living environment.
