Study on Anchorage Performance of Let Pressure Adaptive Cable and Its Application in Soft Rock Tunnel
The surrounding rock of soft rock tunnel has poor self-stability and obvious deformation and expansion effect,and the large deformation disaster of soft rock is one of the key problems to be solved in tunnel construc-tion.In this paper,a new type of single/double bubble pressure adaptive anchor cable is developed to solve the problem of poor anchoring effect in a soft rock tunnel.The mechanical properties of the new cable are compared and analyzed,and its anchoring effect in a soft rock tunnel is discussed.The results show that the single-bubble pressure-yielding adaptive anchor cable not only guarantees the strength of the anchor cable,but also significantly improves the elastic and plastic pressure-yielding deformation ability,and the plastic pressure-yielding distance of the anchor cable is 30mm compared with the non-pressure-yielding cable.By monitoring the stress of the anchor cable and the deformation of surrounding rock,it is found that the adaptive anchor cable is effective in controlling the deformation and stability of surrounding rock in a soft rock tunnel.The research results are of great signifi-cance to improve the construction quality and safety of soft rock tunnel and to guide the design and construction of similar projects.
