Study on the Stability and Genetic Mechanism of a Highway Loess Landslide in Haiyuan County
In the loess plateau areas such as Haiyuan County and Xiji County in the south of Ningxia,a series of huge landslide geological disasters have formed, which has a huge impact on the design and construction of high-ways.Based on the study on the stability of a highway loess landslide in Haiyuan County, this paper analyzes and summarizes the cause mechanism of landslides by means of systematic engineering geological investigation,labo-ratory test and finite element numerical simulation. The results show that the main factors inducing landslide are formation lithology, rainfall, earthquake, human activities, etc.Combined with FLAC3d numerical simulation soft-ware,the stability inversion calculation shows that the safety and stability coefficient of secondary landslide under the conditions of rainstorm and earthquake are 0.898 and 0.826 respectively, and the risk of sliding is still unstable deformation. In view of the landslide, comprehensive engineering measures such as slope prevention,drainage,an-ti-slide pile support, surface and deep displacement monitoring and groundwater monitoring are put forward to provide a reference for similar landslide treatment projects in the region.
