Research on Resistance Test Method of Cartridge Filter for Household Air Cleaner
The resistance of the cartridge filter used in household air cleaner is one of the core indicators that af-fect the performance of household air cleaner.Due to the characteristics of the cartridge filter used in household air cleaner,it appears abnormal in the routine resistance test.In this paper,different resistance test methods are used to test the resistance of the cartridge filter for household air cleaner and the cartridge filter for air duct.By comparing the test results,the unreasonable relationship between the resistance and the air volume in the resist-ance test is revealed,indicating that the conventional resistance test method of the cartridge filter is not completely suitable for the cartridge filter for household air cleaner.Furthermore,a new resistance testing method for car-tridge filter used in household air cleaner is proposed,and actual testing shows that this method can avoid unrea-sonable results and is more suitable for detecting the resistance of cartridge filter used in household air cleaner.
