广西稻秆资源沼气能源化综合利用现状与对策研究

探讨了广西壮族自治区农村地区在能源消费持续增长背景下,稻秆资源沼气能源化综合利用的现状与对策。广西壮族自治区作为水稻种植的重要生产基地,稻秆资源丰富,但传统利用方式效率低下且污染环境。通过统计数据,分析了广西壮族自治区14个市级行政区的稻秆分布情况与来源,发现全区可收集资源量约为总产量的80%,具有较大的开发潜力。指出了沼气项目仍面临资金、技术、应用推广等方面的挑战。针对这些问题,提出了加强政策扶持和资金投入、加强技术研发和人才培养、推动沼气项目的多元化应用以及加强沼气项目的宣传和推广等对策。通过这些措施,旨在促进广西农村沼气事业的长期稳定发展,推动农业废弃物的资源化利用,减少对传统能源的依赖,实现农村地区的能源供应和环境保护的双重目标。
Current Situation and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Utilization of Rice Straw Resources and Biogas Energy in Guangxi
This paper explores the current situation and countermeasures of the comprehensive utilization of rice straw resources and biogas energy in rural areas of Guangxi under the background of sustained growth in energy consumption.Guangxi,as an important production base for rice cultivation,has abundant rice stem resources,but traditional utilization methods are inefficient and pollute the environment.Through statistical data analysis,the distribution and sources of rice stalks in 14 municipal administrative regions of Guangxi were found to be about 80%of the total yield,which is approximately 16.3658 million tons,indicating significant development potential.However,biogas projects still face challenges in terms of funding,technology,and application promotion.In re-sponse to these issues,this paper proposes measures such as strengthening policy support and financial invest-ment,strengthening technological research and talent cultivation,promoting the diversified application of biogas projects,and strengthening the publicity and promotion of biogas projects.By implementing these measures,it is expected to promote the rapid development of comprehensive utilization of rice straw resources and biogas energy in Guangxi,promote sustainable agricultural development,and improve the rural ecological environment.
