Spatial Pattern Optimization of Community Elderly Care Service Facilities Based on MCLP Model——以宝鸡市为例
The problem of population aging is gradually worsening.Reasonable allocation and optimization of community elderly care service facilities is the key to solving the pension problem.This study takes Baoji City as the research object,based on the POI data of community elderly care service facilities,the GIS spatial analysis da-tabase was established,and the spatial distribution and spatial accessibility of elderly care service facilities were explored according to the kernel density estimation,spatial trend surface analysis and two-step floating catchment area method.According to the current situation of the layout of community elderly care facilities in Baoji city,the location set coverage model and maximum covering location model is adopted,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the site selection.The research results indicate that the distribution of community elderly care service facilities in Baoji City is uneven,mainly concentrated in the central urban area,and the overall spatial accessibility shows a distribution pattern of high in the center and low in the surrounding areas along both sides of the Wei River.Based on the existing construction situation of community elderly care service facilities in Baoji City,sug-gestions for layout optimization are proposed to provide effective reference for solving elderly care problems and rational allocation of community elderly care service facilities in Baoji City.
