Evaluation and Obstacle Degree Analysis of High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry—A Case Study of the Bohai Rim Logistics Circle
The logistics industry is a thorough solution sector integrating transportation,warehousing,freight for-warding,details and various other markets,and is a basic critical sector that sustains the development of the na-tionwide economy.Combined with the high-quality development system and according to the five major develop-ment concepts,this paper constructs a high-quality development system of the logistics industry with 6 dimensions and 19 indicators,uses the entropy weight method and obstacle model to evaluate the high-quality development level of the Bohai Rim Logistics Circle from 2010 to 2021,and the obstacles to its development were analyzed.The results show that the high-quality development level of the Bohai Rim Logistics Circle showed an overall up-ward trend from 2010 to 2019,and decreased after 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19.The dimension of in-dustrial vitality is the primary factor contributing to the high-quality development of the Bohai Rim logistics cir-cle.The main factors that hinder the high-quality development of the logistics industry within the Bohai Rim lo-gistics circle are industrial innovation and industrial security.Finally,based on the research findings,the following recommendations are proposed for the future advancement of the Bohai Rim Logistics Circle:①industry-related research is carried out by relying on scientific research institutions and a center for logistics science and technolo-gy innovation is established;②cutting-edge methods such as big data are employed to develop intelligent logistics infrastructure;③the pivotal role of each port is played to drive international expansion of regional logistics;④the spatial arrangement of the logistics industry in the Bohai Rim region is streamlined and industrial layout is opti-mized;(5)low-carbon,energy-efficient practices and emissions reduction is advocated to facilitate sustainable de-velopment of the logistics industry in the Bohai Rim region.
