摘要

以"绿水青山就是金山银山"实践创新基地及国家重点生态功能区井陉县为研究案例,采用市场价值法、替代成本法,围绕供给服务、调节服务、生物多样性保护、文化服务四大类九项生态系统服务功能,初步核算其生态系统产品价值,分析了各生态系统服务价值的变化情况.研究结果表明:2020年井陉县生态产品价值为365.72亿元,其中供给服务占5.33%,调节服务占90.63%,生物多样性保护价值占1.69%,文化服务价值占2.35%;2021年井陉县生态产品价值为601.51亿元,其中供给服务占3.40%,调节服务占93.39%,生物多样性保护价值占1.20%,文化服务价值占2.01%.井陉县GEP四大服务功能比较为:调节服务>供给服务>文化服务>生物多样性保护,并且以调节服务为主.

Abstract

This study takes the'Two Mountains'practical innovation base and the national key ecological function zone Jingxing County as research cases,using methods such as market value and substitution cost,focusing on nine ecosystem service functions in four major categories:supply services,regulation services,biodiversity con-servation,and cultural services.The preliminary calculation of its ecosystem product value and analysis of the changes in the value of each ecosystem service were conducted.The results show that in 2020,the value of eco-logical products in Jingxing County was 36.572 billion yuan,of which supply services accounted for 5.33%,regu-lation services accounted for 90.63%,biodiversity conservation value accounted for 1.69%,and cultural service value accounted for 2.35%;In 2021,the ecological product value of Jingxing County was 60.151 billion yuan,of which supply services accounted for 3.40%,regulation services accounted for 93.39%,biodiversity conservation value accounted for 1.20%,and cultural service value accounted for 2.01%.It is concluded that the four major service functions of GEP in Jingxing County are ranked as regulatory services>supply services>cultural services>biodiversity conservation,with regulatory services as the main focus.
