Analysis on the Structures of Intestinal Microbial Community of Chanodichthys dabryi and Carassius auratus in Xinli River
In this experiment,high-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the characteristics of in-testinal microbial community structure of pouting silver carp(Chanodichthys dabryi)and crucian carp(Carassius carassius)and their relationship with surrounding environment microbial community in Xinli River,Binzhou City,Shandong Province. It was found that a total of 215 common OTUs were identified in the three samples, and the unique OTUs numbers in pouting silver carp, crucian carp and water samples were 843,1120 and 1168 respectively. The diversity and structure of bacterial community in the intestines of pouting silver carp and crucian carp were significantly different from those in the surrounding water. The richness and evenness of bacteria in the water were higher, and the types of bacteria were more stable. At the gate level, the dominant phyla of silver carp were Proteus,Clostridium and Clostridium.Carassius auratus were dominant, and the water samples were mainly Pro-teus,actinomycetes and Bacteroides. At the eye level, the dominant bacteria of silver carp are Aeromonas,Enter-obacteriaceae and Clostridium.Carassius auratus are Vibrio,Rhizobium and Aeromonas, while actinomycetes,Fla-vobacterium and Rhodococcus are dominant bacteria in water. The results lay a foundation for an in-depth under-standing of the intestinal microbial community structure of the two species of fish and their relationship with the external environment.
