摘要

对江西省丰城市的湿地资源现状进行了详细分析,探讨了当前湿地保护中存在的主要问题,并结合最新研究成果提出了相应的保护对策.结果表明:丰城市的湿地资源类型多样,但面积在8 hm2以下的湿地斑块数量多,占99.02%,以零散的库塘、密布的沟渠为主.湿地保护工作面临着公众保护意识薄弱、部门协调不力、监测体系不完善和法律法规仍有不足等挑战.为此,提出了通过线上线下开展湿地主题宣教活动和借助江西丰城药湖国家湿地公园建设等加强宣传教育、共享湿地数据、建立多部门联动机制、利用3S等现代技术完善监测体系、加快地方湿地法律法规修订等措施来提升湿地保护成效的建议,以实现湿地资源的可持续利用.

Abstract

This paper provides a detailed analysis of the current status of wetland resources in Fengcheng City,Jiangxi Province,discusses the main challenges in wetland conservation,and proposes corresponding protective measures based on recent research findings.The study reveals that although Fengcheng's wetland resources are di-verse,but the number of wetland patches less than 8 hectares is large,accounting for 99.02%,mainly composed of scattered reservoirs and densely distributed ditches.Wetland conservation efforts are confronted with challenges such as weak public awareness of conservation,ineffective departmental coordination,inadequate monitoring sys-tems,and insufficient laws and regulations.To address these issues,this paper suggests carrying out wetland themed education activities both online and offline,strengthening publicity and education through the construction of Jiangxi Fengcheng Yaohu National Wetland Park,establishing a multi-departmental linkage mechanism for sha-ring wetland data,improving monitoring systems using modern technologies such as 3S,and accelerating the revi-sion of local wetland laws and regulations to enhance wetland protection effectiveness and achieve sustainable uti-lization of wetland resources.
