Research on the Application of the Integrated Monitoring System of"Heaven-Earth-Vehicle-People"in the Closed-Loop Monitoring of Moving Sources——Taking Dongguan City as an Example
Moving source pollution caused by the growth of motor vehicles and urban construction in Dongguan city has become increasingly prominent.In order to continuously control the pollution of mobile sources and re-duce the phenomenon of ozone exceeding the standard in Dongguan city,the application status of the integrated monitoring system of"Heaven-Earth-Vehicle-People"in the closed-loop monitoring of moving sources in Dong-guan City was studied and analyzed.It found that it faces many difficulties and objective factors in actual opera-tion.Therefore,this paper puts forward the relevant closed-loop treatment ideas of moving source pollution,and concludes that the efficient control of moving source pollution must be carried out from the source,use and end at the same time on the basis of constantly improving the integrated monitoring system of"Heaven-Earth-Vehicle-People",in order to form an effective closed-loop management.
