Environmental Impact and Evaluation Methods of Near-Field Electromagnetic RadiationFrom Mobile Communication Base Stations
This paper assessed the environmental impact of near-field electromagnetic radiation from mobile com-munication base stations and explored evaluation methods.Field testing and numerical simulation were combined to evaluate the environmental impact of near-field electromagnetic radiation characteristics of two typical base sta-tion antennas(ODV-090R17K and ODV-065R15B).Field test results showed that ODV-065R15B formed a high field strength concentration area at medium distances(4-7m)with a maximum field strength of 5.075 V/m,while ODV-090R17K had a relatively uniform field strength distribution with a maximum of 3.819 V/m.Simulation model validation indicated good results for both antennas.Further simulation analysis revealed differences in radi-ation characteristics between the two antennas in various directions. The research provides scientific basis for as-sessing the environmental impact of mobile communication base stations and offers references for optimizing base station site selection and antenna configuration.
