Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of Excessive Pollutants in the Surrounding Areas of Key Soil Pollution Supervision Units——Taking QY City as an Example
The purpose of this study is to analyze the excessive standard of soil pollutants around key supervision units in QY city,and explore its causes and prevention countermeasures,so as to support the effective promotion of soil pollution prevention and control in QY city.Based on the detailed investigation of soil pollution in QY city and the routine monitoring data from 2014 to 2023,the excessive situation of soil pollutants around the key super-vision units was systematically analyzed,and the multivariate analysis method was adopted to deeply analyze the causes of pollution.The study found that in 2023,the exceeding rate of soil pollutants around key regulatory units in QY was 23.1%,among which the exceeding point of heavy metal pollution accounted for 16.5%.The main ex-cessive pollutants include cadmium,mercury,lead and chromium,and the soil pollution in QC District and YD city is the most serious.The detection rate of volatile organic compounds around chemical enterprises was 8.9%,and that of petroleum hydrocarbons was 4.8%.The main causes of excessive soil pollutants include backward production technology of some enterprises,imperfect pollution prevention and control facilities,historical pollu-tion problems and insuffiicient supervision capacity.In view of these problems,comprehensive management meas-ures need to be taken.The control of pollutant discharge should be strengthened;the restoration of contaminated sites should be accelerated;the monitoring and early warning system should be improved,and the laws and standards of soil pollution prevention and control should be improved,so as to effectively promote the prevention and control of soil pollution in QY city,and ensure the health of the people and the safety of the ecological environment.
