Composition Characteristics of Dissolved Organic Matter in Huaibei Coal Ming Subsidence Areas
This paper explores the characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in water and surrounding soil in coal mining subsidence areas.Based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy(EEMs),parallel factor model(PARAFAC)and self-organizing maps(SOM),the content, composition and functional characteristics of DOM in water and soil in the coal mining subsidence area of Xutuan Coal mine in Anhui Province,China were studied. The results showed that the mean fluorescence intensity of C1,C2 and C3 were 0.31±0.04,0.23±0.03 and 0.29±0.03 R.U,respectively.The mean fluorescence intensity of C1,C2 and C3 were 0.68±0.13,0.63±0.11 and 0.43±0.13 R.U.respectively.The main components of DOM in water are UV humic acid, humic acid and trypto-phan,while DOM in soil is divided into UVC fulvic acid, tyrosine and tryptophan. The fluorescence index(FI)of water and soil was 1.94±0.09 and 1.92±0.26,respectively.DOM in mining area is mainly derived from endoge-nous activities;the humification degree is low,and the environment in subsidence area is relatively stable.
