Assessment and Spatiotemporal Analysis of Water Quality in National Monitoring Sections in Shanghai
Based on the monthly measured data of Shanghai state-controlled section in 2020,this study evaluates the water quality of 7 water quality indicators in 34 sections, and analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of water quality in Shanghai based on multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that the comprehensive pollution index of the state-controlled section in Shanghai was between 0.33 and 0.73,which reached the class Ⅲwater standard, and the overall water quality was good. All of them reached the class Ⅲ water standard. In the single factor evaluation analysis, only the compliance rates of TP and DO were about 85%,and the compliance rates of the other five evaluation indexes were above 95%.Spatially,it is mainly divided into three categories, which are located in the upstream boundary section, the Huangpu River and downstream section, the water source and the southern section of Chongming Island, and the Yunchuan Road and Bridge section connected to the Yan-gtze River Estuary. The comprehensive pollution index is 0.55~0.73,0.33~0.55 and 0.33~0.41 respectively. The results of monthly variation characteristics of water quality showed obvious seasonal differences, among which the water quality was poor from June to August in summer. The influencing factors were TP and DO,which were mainly affected by non-point source and endogenous source.
