Formula analysis of SO2 equilibrium conversion rate and discussion of related processes
The derivation and changes of the SO2 equilibrium conversion rate formula are introduced to make it suitable for flue gas conditions containing initial SO3,and the temperature rise estimation formula is calculated.Using the deduced formula and estimation results,the process analysis of the distribution gas pre-conversion and cyclic conversion processes of the split gas is carried out,and the upper limit and key control points of their application conditions are obtained,and their process adaptability is reviewed.
