介绍了黑龙江紫金铜业有限公司700 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置低温余热回收系统的工艺流程、工艺关键指标控制、关键设备选型及运行情况.该低温余热回收系统由安徽盛特环境科技有限公司设计施工,并一次试车成功,生产0.8 MPa低压饱和蒸汽40 t/h,将加热脱盐水和除氧水的回收热量折算成蒸汽产量,吨酸产蒸汽量达0.55 t,优于硫酸行业清洁生产评价指标.该低温余热回收系统投用后,各项指标基本达到甚至超过设计值,每年可产生约2 328万元的经济效益.生产实践证明,国产化低温位热回收技术值得在冶炼烟气制酸装置上推广.
Application of low temperature waste heat recovery device in smelting flue gas acid production
The process flow,key process indicators control,key equipment selection,and operation of the low-temperature heat recovery system in the 700 kt/a smelting flue gas acid plant of Heilongjiang Zijin Copper Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The low-temperature heat recovery system is designed and constructed by Anhui Shengte Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.and successfully tested in one attempt.It produced 0.8 MPa low-pressure steam of 40 t/h.The heat recovered from heating desalinated water and deoxygenated water is converted into steam production,resulting in a steam production of 0.55 t per ton of acid,which is better than the evaluation indicators for clean production in the sulphuric acid industry.After the low-temperature heat recovery system is put into use,all indicators have basically reached or even exceeded the design values,and can generate about 23.28 million yuan of economic benefits annually.Production practice has proven that domestically produced low-temperature heat recovery technology is worth promoting in smelting flue gas acid plants.
