Construction and operation of a low-temperature waste heat recovery device for pre-conversion flue gas acid production
The design and trial operation of the low-temperature heat recovery device for pre-conversion flue gas acid production at Baotou Huading Copper Industry Development Co.,Ltd.are introduced.A 450 kt/a pre-conversion flue gas acid production device is rebuilt on the basis of the original equipment.The low-temperature heat recovery technology is used to recover reaction heat,producing 0.8 MPa,170℃low-pressure saturated steam.The various indicators of the device during trial operation meet the design requirements,producing w(H2SO4)99.6%sulphuric acid 70 t/h and saturated steam 35 t/h,with good economic benefits.
