介绍了催化法烟气脱硫技术在襄阳龙佰钛业有限公司400 kt/a硫黄掺烧硫酸亚铁制酸尾气处理中的工业应用情况.详细阐述了催化法烟气脱硫技术的原理和特点,脱硫系统工艺流程和设计、运行情况,分析并解决了实际运行中出现的问题,各污染物排放浓度达到国家超低排放标准要求,为催化法烟气脱硫技术在钛白粉和硫酸工业制酸尾气超低排放中的应用提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
The industrial application of catalytic flue gas desulfurization technology in the tail gas treatment of 400 kt/a sulphuric acid plant by sulphur combustion blended with ferrous sulphate at Xiangyang Longbai Titanium Industry Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The principle and characteristics of catalytic flue gas desulfurization technology are elaborated,the process flow,design,and operation of the desulfurization system are introduced,the problems that occur in actual operation are analyzed and solved,and the emission concentrations of various pollutants meet the national ultra-low emission standards.It provides reference and guidance for the application of catalytic flue gas desulfurization technology in the ultra-low emission of titanium dioxide and sulphuric acid industrial acid production tail gas.
