摘要
以山西晋中某1 340 kt/a焦化配套25 kt/a脱硫废液制酸装置为例,介绍了脱硫废液浆法进料制酸工艺的原理、流程、技术特点等.浆法进料制酸装置自动化水平高,运行能耗低,生产成本低,可长期连续稳定运行,是目前焦化脱硫废液制酸工艺中较好的解决方案.
Abstract
Taking the example of a 25 kt/a desulfurization waste liquid acid production unit supporting 1 340 kt/a coking plant in Jinzhong,Shanxi,the principle,process and technical characteristics of the desulfurization waste liquid slurry feed acid production process are introduced.The slurry feed acid plant has high automation level,low operating energy consumption,low production cost and can operate continuously and stably for a long time.It is currently a better solution in the coking desulfurization waste liquid acid production process.
