Application and practice of gas-liquid enhanced vulcanization technology in waste acid treatment
The application of gas-liquid enhanced vulcanization technology in the waste acid treatment of the flue gas acid plant of Yangxin Hongsheng Copper Industry Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Effective measures have been taken to address the problems that arise during the production process.This process uses hydrogen sulfide instead of traditional sodium sulfide for gas-liquid enhanced sulfurization treatment of waste acid.It has the characteristics of high utilization rate of hydrogen sulfide,fast sulfurization reaction rate,and high degree of intelligence,reducing the cost of sulfurization agent use,avoiding the escape of hydrogen sulfide gas,ensuring production safety,and not introducing sodium salts,increasing arsenic content in sulfide slag and achieving reduction of sulfide slag.
