摘要
针对稀酸过滤效果不佳的问题,中原黄金冶炼厂净化工序采用高效悬浮填料过滤器替代原斜板沉降槽,对净化稀酸过滤进行技术改造.改造后,稀酸过滤装置运行平稳可靠,运行成本低,过滤后稀酸固含量(ρ)由1 000～2 000 mg/L降至100 mg/L以下,有利于后续生产管控,同时酸泥回收率得到有效提高,可多回收酸泥约350 t/a,每年可为企业增加经济效益500余万元,经济效益显著.
Abstract
In response to the problem of poor filtration efficiency of dilute acid,the purification process of Zhongyuan Gold Smelter adopts high-efficiency suspended filler filters to replace the original inclined plate settling tank,and carries out technical transformation on the filtration of purified dilute acid.After renovation,the dilute acid filtration device operates smoothly and reliably,with low operating costs.The solid content(ρ)of filtered dilute acid reduces from 1 000-2 000 mg/L to below 100 mg/L,which is beneficial for subsequent production control.At the same time,the recovery rate of acid sludge has been effectively improved,with an additional recovery of about 350 t/a of acid sludge,which can increase the economic benefits of the enterprise by more than 5 million yuan per year,and the economic benefits are significant.
