Analysis of equipment operation problems in sulphuric acid plants and corresponding measures
The equipment problems of a sulphuric acid plant in a petrochemical company are described and analyzed,the corrosion of the waste acid cracking furnace,dew point corrosion of the flue gas pipeline,aging of the pipeline lining,corrosion of the pump bearings,and erosion corrosion of the concentrated acid pipeline and storage tank are emphatically introduced.By taking corresponding optimization measures,the main problems in the operation of the equipment are solved and ensured to achieve long-term stable operation.
