摘要

介绍了鲁北集团石膏制硫酸的发展历程,论述了磷肥-硫酸-水泥及锂电池材料联产协同处理含硫/钙废弃物、钛白粉清洁生产系列的关键核心技术与生态工业循环经济模式产业化,在企业内部对多来源工业副产石膏、废硫酸、废硫酸亚铁、废钙渣、废硫黄、蒸馏残液等含硫/钙大宗固液废弃物进行复合协同处理与资源化,实现了硫磷钛钙锂的生态循环和长周期安全稳定经济运行,具有典型的示范意义和推广价值.

Abstract

The development history of gypsum based sulphuric acid production in Lubei Group is introduced,and the core key technologies and industrialization of ecological industrial circular economy models for the co-production and collaborative treatment of sulphur/calcium waste and titanium dioxide clean production series using phosphorus fertilizer sulphuric acid cement and lithium battery materials are discussed.Within the enterprise,composite collaborative treatment and resource utilization of sulphur/calcium bulk solid and liquid waste such as multi source industrial by-products gypsum,waste sulphuric acid,waste ferrous sulfate,waste calcium slag,waste sulphur,and distillation residue are carried out,achieving the ecological cycle and long-term safe and stable economic operation of sulphur phosphorus titanium calcium lithium,which has typical demonstration significance and promotion value.
