Application of domestic catalysts in phase Ⅱ 800kt/a sulphuric acid plant
The operation of the 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Tian'an Chemical Phase Ⅱ before shutdown and maintenance is introduced.In response to the problems of rapid increase in bed resistance in the first section of the converter and annual decrease in total conversion rate,it is proposed to screen and adjust the catalysts in the first and fourth sections of the converter,and supplement some domestic catalysts.The performance evaluation results of the device show that after adding some domestic catalysts,the total conversion rate reaches 99.83％,and the application effect is good.It can be promoted and applied in the other three sets of sulphuric acid plants.
