摘要

钟罩阀是控制硫黄制酸装置转化器一段床层进口温度的核心设备,原钟罩阀在使用过程中存在阀芯耐火浇筑料脱落、阀芯窜动及摆动、填料密封泄漏、温度调节性能差、现场须手动操作等问题,严重制约了硫酸装置长周期安全稳定运行.对钟罩阀存在的问题进行分析,对钟罩阀的结构、调节性能及控制方式进行了优化改进,达到了预期效果.

Abstract

The bell jar valve is the core equipment for controlling the inlet temperature of one section of bed layer in the converter of sulphuric acid plant,and the original bell jar valve has such problems as the spool of refractory casting material falling off,the spool of the valve tampering and swinging,the packing seal leaking,the temperature regulation performance is poor,and the site must be operated manually,which seriously restricts the safe and stable operation of the sulphuric acid plant in a long period of time.The problems of the bell jar valve are analyzed,and the structure,adjustment performance and control mode of the bell jar valve are optimized and improved to achieve the expected results.
