Application practice of low purity sulphur purification process
The process flow of producing molten sulphur with low purity sulphur after wet desulfurization is introduced.The liquid sulphur produced by further purification using a blade filter has a mass fraction of about 99.5%,which can be used as raw material for sulphuric acid plants.It solves the problem of shortage of raw materials and continuous increase in raw material costs in sulphuric acid plants,and has good economic and environmental benefits.
