Control measures for SO2 emissions from tail gas of sulphur recovery unit in coal chemical industry
The process principle and technological process of"two ends and two tails"and ammonia absorption sulphur recovery equipment in the coal chemical industry are introduced.Combined with the actual production of coal chemical sulphur recovery equipment,the measures to control the concentration of SO2 in exhaust emissions are discussed from two aspects:reducing SO2 production and improving SO2 absorption efficiency.The main measures to reduce SO2 production include reasonable control of oxygen distribution,control of appropriate reactor bed temperature,and control of sulphur condensation process;the main measures to improve the absorption efficiency of SO2 include reasonable control of the pH value of ammonium sulfate solution,ensuring the concentration and circulation rate of ammonium sulfate solution,etc.,providing reference for sulphur recovery devices in similar coal chemical industries.
